DEADLIEST ALIENS DESIGNED FOR SCI-FI MOVIES

THE YAUTJA

FILM – PREDATOR

ALIEN DESIGN – STAN WINSTON

Alien species characterized by their passion for hunting other dangerous species for honor and sport, including humans. The Yautja are a humanoid race that breathe an atmosphere similar to that of Earth’s and possess technology far more advanced than anything available to humans.

Xenomorph

FILM – ALIEN

ALIEN DESIGN – Hans Ruedi “H.R.” Giger

Superior speed, strength, and intelligence make these extraterrestrial species one of the deadliest aliens designed in SCI-FI movies. They possibly originate from the planet Proteus. Xenomorphs need a host organism in order to reproduce and go through multiple life cycles. Their appearance varies depending on the face-huggers host.

MEGATRON

FILM – TRANSFORMERS

ALIEN DESIGN – Takara

Megatron is a Cybertron, a hostile alien that belongs to sentient species of Transformers coming from the planet Cybertron. Transformers are living robotic beings with the ability to “transform”, change their bodies at will, into an alternate form: generally vehicles, machinery, weapons or animals. Their advanced technology arguably makes them the deadliest species of all five.

THE THING

FILM – THE THING

ALIEN DESIGN –  Rob Bottin (The dog creature – Stan Winston)

The thing is an alien design of the extremely hostile, shape-shifting, extraterrestrial organism of unknown origin. This parasitic alien form has the unique ability to absorb and copy the DNA of any life-form it consumes, allowing it to take on its appearance and memories.

BIORAPTOR

FILM – PITCH BLACK

ALIEN DESIGN – Patrick Tatopoulos

These highly aggressive, non-sentient animal creatures are believed to be native to the encountered planet in the M-344/G System. Bioraptors are responsible for the extinction of most life on this planet. They are also capable of flying and have a physiological aversion to sunlight. Bioraptors exposed to enough ultraviolet radiation die.
